Testimonials

I am happy to recommend CMS to any company that requires professional cleaning services. Aneta Orellana Stoyanova is our team manager, in the three years she has serviced our B&B I can honestly say I have never had a complaint.

We met with CMS personally to establish our needs and desires for a cleaning team. Aneta chose the people that were best suited for our needs. Our team member works in a timely manner, listens attentively to our directions and is always pleasant with our guests. On occasion if our assigned team member is unable to work (this has only happened once in three years) Aneta will personally come to our inn and work with us.

We highly recommend CMS. We feel they are trustworthy, reasonably priced, pleasant to work with and their team's work is of the highest quality.

It is without hesitation that I write this letter to recommend CMS to anyone who needs a reliable, professional cleaning service. As the Operations Manager for a Quality Inn and a Best Western with a combined room total of 145 rooms, I can attest to the outstanding service that they have provided.

The hotels have gone from rooms that were acceptable, to hotels with rooms that are spectacular. To say that they have made a difference is an understatement. From the folks that clean the rooms, to the managers that are always available to listen and solve a problem, you can't ask for a better team.

Margarita and her team assisted in the opening of our company's newest location in Towson, Maryland and did a wonderful job. She has been on-time, extremely courteous, and has exceeded my expectation from day one. We had some very strict deadlines getting the store open and sometimes needed unexpected assistance, during these times she was and continues to be very accommodating.

It is my pleasure to recommend Commercial Maintenance Solutions (CMS) for their outstanding professional cleaning services. Ms. Orellana and her team are extremely reliable, trustworthy, and pay great attention to detail. The CMS team consistently provides superior service for NCIA's weekly office cleaning needs.

Ms. Orellana is very easy to communicate with, and quick to accommodate special requests. We also have regular drop-ins from their representatives to ensure we are pleased with their services.

I am very happy to recommend Ms. Orellana and her CMS cleaning team, as they are a very reasonably priced professional cleaning service, and they always do what we ask of them.
